Looking for some new shoes to spice up your wardrobe this summer? I may have the answer for you...

Have you every just stood at the door of your closet and looked at your shoes, and just said, yuck?
Have you then gone to the store and just settled on a pair that will work? You don't like them, but they do not totally make you want to puke.

What if I told you, I have 4 shoes in pre-sale right now, that you can order? Two are styled heels. I created and two are flats.
These are Momma Lovin...
You can find them at:
These are the Sidni's, inspired by a dear friend of mine, who works in real estate. You can find these at: https://www.aliveshoes.com/sidni
This is the Life with Charlie shoe, inspired by my eldest cat Charles Xavier, who is black and white. You can find these at : https://www.aliveshoes.com/life-with-charlie
This is the Graduation Love shoe, inspired by my youngest daughter who turns 18 and graduates this year. You can find these at: https://www.aliveshoes.com/graduation-love.

Here's the deal though, for these to get to production, each of the pictured must pre-sale 7 pairs. Even if you do not by these for yourself, gift them to someone you know would enjoy them.

These days it is hard to find a good shoe, yet one that can make you smile. I hope that these will brighten your day, and that you can make my day by purchasing a pair today to get them into production ASAP.

Salt & Lime Social is the place to be in Tulsa!

This evening I had the chance to try a new restaurant to me with some friends. Salt & Lime Social is located at 1121 S Elgin Ave in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This was a great way to kick off the unofficial start to summer, with what I call a Taco Tuesday Night Out in my household. This establishment is next to a small dog park, where while you wait for your order, you can bring your fur baby of the canine family to come and run around.
While I was hanging out with my extended family, I had a chance to snap a few pictures, look at the menu, and make up my mind as to what I wanted to try. My first items to try were the skinny margarita with a strawberry basil simple syrup inclusion and corn fritters with a sweet and spicy glaze.
Both of the pictured were delicious, bursting with flavor. I have had margaritas and fritters in other places, but as of right now, this is the top in my book.
As I sat and socialized and caught up with people I had the chance to try the masa fried pickles with the salt & lime ranch dip.YUM!
These pickles had the crunch of a fried green bean, but when combined with the dip, it was perfect.
As the get together drew to a close, I went ahead and placed my to go order to take back home for lunch the next day.
I ordered the Okie Smokie Queso and chips, the Pineapple chipotle lime bbq wings(6 pieces), and a non-alcoholic version of the margarita previously mentioned.
I can't wait to try the chicken, queso and chips tomorrow. The drink, I drank on the way back. Compared to the alcoholic version, the non-alcoholic was sweeter, and you picked up more of the strawberry and basil flavor.
I will definitely be adding this to my munchies list, for when I am up T-town way on a Taco Tuesday Night.
Thank you to the staff for being so nice. It made for a great experience for the evening.
